A modern assian fusion restaurant with a price/quality ratio that is truly unparalleled…It might not be HanTing (the Michelin-starred restaurant in The Hague by chef Han) but surely you can feel Han’s influence.
Unami’s dishes might seem medium sized but this is only in first appearance. (Then you understand that they serve two dishes per each course)…Fantastic, one of our highlight experiences in Rotterdam.

Hotel New York is situated in the beautiful former head office of the Holland America Lijn. From here, thousands of emigrants left for North America, hoping for a better life. Nowadays, people come here to sleep, celebrate, eat, drink and do business in a special atmosphere.
As soon as you enter the building, you can feel it: this is where it all happened. The sense of nostalgia is everywhere – from the cast-iron hotel staircase and the numerous trunks and pictures of emigrants to the former offices of its past directors. At the basement there is a very lifely oyster bar which serves magnificent draft beers. (P.s Catch a water taxi ride straight from the entrance to the city centre).

This restaurant in Amsterdam has a refined and pleasant ambience. The interior is timeless in a smart and sophisticated way. Take a seat in the conservatory or enjoy the garden views from anywhere in the restaurant.

Each of the 23 bedrooms in this boutique hotel is recalling the influences of Dutch art and history. This building was home to several merchants and their businesses in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, before being turned into a hotel in the 1950s, by an eccentric and flamboyant American hotelier who was an avid collector of Dutch art and knick-knacks which were proudly displayed on walls, shelves and every other flat surface in the buildings in a traditional Dutch fashion.
